Building Use and Turf Rental
To book your organization's event with Duxbury Public Schools:
Please review the Duxbury Facilities and Field Agreement
Submit the Facilities and Field Use Form to the Building Use Coordinator for approval
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your event
Rental Applications for weekend rentals must be submitted by Thursday at 12 noon
Other forms that will need updating annually are the Certificate Of Insurance, Request for Organization Information form and a Form W-9.

Q. What is the turnaround time once the Business Office receives my Building Use Request Form?
A. Approximately 24-48 hours.
Q. Is there a different rate for non-profit Organizations
A. Yes, Duxbury does not charge for any Duxbury School sports, organizations, or clubs. They also offer a lower rate for non profits. Please see the Rate Schedule.
Q. What is the cost for a field rental or a gym rental?
A. Our Rate Schedule (as of April 1, 2019). Please be aware that custodial fees are not included in the room/field rental fee and are billed as their own fee.
Q. Do I need to carry insurance?
A. Yes. All organizations and individuals that are operating a non-school run event are required to carry insurance and must furnish a Certificate of Insurance to the Duxbury High School Office prior to your event. Expired insurance must be renewed prior to commencement of your event. COI must list Town of Duxbury as the Certificate Holder not Duxbury Public Schools
